A special meeting of the Board of Education was held on Monday, September 11, 2006, superintendent’s conference room. Chairman Geldof called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Moved by Mrs. Schmidt, seconded by Arico, to go into executive session.

FAVOR: ALL

MOTION CARRIED

Moved by Mr. Arico, seconded by Mrs. Bell, to come out of executive session.

FAVOR: ALL

MOTION CARRIED

Moved by Mrs Bell, seconded by Mr. McMonigle to appoint Audrey Boutaugh as Principal of Myrtle H. Stevens School and Dr. Oran A. Moser School.

FAVOR: ALL

MOTION CARRIED

Moved by Mrs. Vargas, seconded by Mr. Rivard, to adjourn the meeting (8:00 p.m.).
