The Board will recognize this year’s Teachers of the Year.
12. Enrollment Projection Report
Dr. Vautour will review the results of the most recent projections developed by Peter Prowda, Consultant for the State Department of Education
13. Status Report on Facilities Committee Deliberations on the Schoenhardt Report
Dr. Vautour and Mr. Arico will discuss the status of the Facilities Committee’s thinking relative to the recommendations contained in the Schoenhardt report.
14. Portable Classrooms
Dr. Vautour will be requesting the Board to seek the installation of portable classrooms for the 2007-08 school year.
15. Strategic School Profiles
Mrs. Boutilier will review the most recent set of Strategic School Profiles.
16. Lockdown Drills
Dr. Vautour will discuss the results of recent lockdown drills in our schools.
17. Replacement for Dr. Levy
Dr. Vautour will review timelines and process for finding a replacement for Dr. Levy, Director, Special Education and Pupil Services.
18. Overview of Public Act 06-63
Mr. Turansky will discuss and request Board of Education action on Public Act 06-63, An Act Concerning Healthy Food and Beverages in Rocky Hill Public Schools.
19. Holiday Reception
Dr. Vautour will discuss the specifics for the holiday reception for the staff.
20. Revised 2007 Board of Education Meeting Schedule
Dr. Vautour will seek approval of a revised Board of Education meeting schedule.
