11.    Superintendent Retirement & Search Process

Dr. Vautour will recommend that the Board authorize Personnel & Negotiations to engage the services of a search firm to aid in the selection of a new superintendent of schools.

12.    Project Graduation

Dr. Vautour will seek authorization to process donation to Project Graduation.

 

13.    Nurse Substitute Rates

Dr. Vautour will seek authorization to increase the substitute rates for nurses to align with those of surrounding towns.

 

14.    Business Office Software Upgrade

Mr. Turansky will discuss recent software changes affecting business functions for the district.

 

15.    Appointment of New Director of Special Education & Pupil Services

The Board may announce the appointment of the new director of special education and pupil services.

 

16.    Board of Education Retreat

Dr. Vautour will seek input on scheduling a Board retreat to map out future directions in anticipation of employing a new superintendent of schools.

 

17.    Assistant Principal Interviews

Dr. Vautour will seek confirmation on a date for the interviews of assistant principal finalists.
